Welp, this is my entry to Lookbook.nu x Dreamdowntown's NYFW contest!! I thought why not, give it a try, nothing to lose!I've always wanted to attend NYFW since about 6 years ago, when I first gained an interest in fashion (I'm a big fan of BCBG Max Azria). I live in Vancouver, and while we do have fashion week here, it just doesn't compare to the scene in the big cities, New York, London, Paris, and Milan. So whenever fashion week is on, I follow my fav shows on the net and watch shows live even though it's way past my bedtime since different timezones ;P. I've never travelled on my own or been to New York especially, so this really would be a lifetime opportunity for me. As a casual fashion blogger, I haven't met anyone here yet who posts their style online like I do. If I can go to NYFW, I know that I will be given a memorable experience that I'll never forget and make friends that come from around the world. It is the 'big apple' after all, the place where you live and breathe fashion!! I'd love to get a chance to see creativity flow on the catwalk and getting to go to NYFW would just be a whole 'nother experience that would be a highlight of my life. Knowing that NYC is such a vibrant, lively city, I would love to meet a wonderful new group of people, experience the environment, and gain inspiration for my style.  

I wanted to go for a more extravagant look that what I usually post. I thought why not try mixing these two prints together? I think it turned out pretty well, the red making the zebra like lines pop out even more. There's red all over but I don't think it's tooo overpowering :-) Fit for a NYFW look? :D
